They got us on the schedule right away and kept us updated with a text message including their ETA. They did an exceptional job cleaning our backyard, and after the service was completed, they sent me a text message and photo showing our back gate was closed. The owner personally talked with me and had me check the backyard to make sure everything looked good. They also gave our dogs a bag of treats, which was such a thoughtful touch! They even cleaned up in the rocks under the bushes (still not sure how the dogs managed to poop there). The dogs were still able to have access to the yard since they take extra care to keep the gate closed, and confirm that it’s locked back up when they leave. Can’t recommend them enough!
