In order for our technician to be able to perform services, the client must provide unobstructed access onto the property and residence. It is necessary for Elite Pooper Scoopers to provide services.
On the day of service, Elite Pooper Scoopers will notify the client they will be coming onto the residence and property to perform services agreed upon. This will be in the form of any of the following: text message and/or email. Please ensure our technician can access your residence and property on the day of service. You will be notified once the service has been completed too!
- Please make sure any and all dogs are inside or put away from the serviced areas.
- Do not forget to provide a way for our technician to come onto your property and residence.
- Please make sure our technician has access to the water spigot and garbage bin so pet waste can be disposed of.
